When an account is closed at the member's own request and no terms violation has occurred, any remaining account balance will be returned to the registered payment method within 3–7 business days, subject to the completion of all applicable rollover requirements. Balances still within an active rollover period are not eligible for return.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, jili333 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance depending on the severity of the violation. All such cases will be recorded and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
